    The goal here is not necessarily to lose weight. Losing weight is a consequence and a one of the few ways to measure this goal. Because a healthy mind is also important... so I don't want to focus on diets or exercise routines. I want to eat less, real foods... but if I also feel like having a chocolate or something fried, why not? Being healthy is having balance. I want to be active... playing sports, riding bike or just walking around. I want to drink a lot of water, eat until I'm satisfied and not treat food as an enemy, but an element that I can nourish my body and make it stronger. Being healthy is about making better choices to achieve balance. So let's go!

    I guess I can say now that I can swim, but I still don't feel confident enough to go deep water swimming. It makes me panic when I can't reach the floor, and I still get tired. So I guess I still have to work on this goal and try to sign up for some classes.
