    Recent break-up.
    Lost myself quite a bit. Want the ol' me back: lean, smooth-skinned, exuding happiness and inner-peace.
    That means:

    1) Re-taking charge of my diet. I've already started. Salad every night, re-introducing apple cider vinegar and probiotics. Then maybe psoriasis will go away again.

    2) Re-taking charge of my self-talk. Re-introducing positive info diet.

    3) And that's the hardest: re-claiming my nights by listening to podcasts/blinkist/bible/bible dramas instead of youtube before bed

      @rudianobambino Yes, I was on the old 43T and I'm here now. Don't feel excited today, but glad to connect with former 43Ters. My ID is a much shorter, acronym of my former 43T name.

      @rudianobambino I joined 43 Things way back in 2002 I think, was a very sad day when it shut down. I was never a daily user, but made some real connections and used it to focus my life and concentrate on becoming a better person and truer version of myself. Honestly, and I can't say 43T being away is to blame, but in the 4 or so years it was gone, by life kinda fell apart. So it was a very happy birthday for me when I found this version back. I was Airos back then and, well, I still am.

        @Airos I'm glad you have some happiness back in your life! And wish you to get back on track! By the way, I downloaded all my entries on the site (from 2009 to 2014)....and at times went over them.
        Hmmm.. I may have a problem lol

    Each time I move I realise I have way too much stuff.
    I'm moving again in 2 months so I really ought to start discarding the unnecessary... and give the place a thorough clean...
    It's gonna be a long process though because each time I sort through stuff, I stumble across misplaced items and I spend some time lost down memory lane :O

    Been cheating, for now. 😅
    I got this app called Blinkist. It's got summaries of books that you can either read or listen to...or both.
    It's for non-fiction.
    I think from about 52 "blinked" books, I'll choose the best one to read in their entirety.

    So far I've "blinked" or ticked off the list:

    1) 21 days to a big idea by Bryan Mattimore
    2) Spark by J. Ratey & Eric Hagerman
    3) The $100 startup by Chris Guillebeau
    4) So Good they can't ignore you by Cal Newport
    5) Thinking, fast and slow by Daniel Kahneman

    I have a pile of books sitting on my bookshelves, gathering dust.
    It's a waste. Better remedy this.
    If I want to write better, I'd better soak up all the writings I can get!

    My goodness, what a roller coaster it's been... The last month or so I've been up and down like a yo-yo trying to get closure from the last break up I've had.
    Turns out it was for the best. Sometimes I wasn't sure. But now I know.

    Anywho. I suspect my recovery may take a while. I definitely lost myself.

    Right now, Focus is on rebuilding my psyche after all this confusion.

    Well, yesterday I did my first 200 consecutive press ups.
    Granted, the form wasn't there, I did them in ultra quick succession and not with full range motion.
    But who cares? I'll worry about that later.
    Today did 150.

    Oh, it's been a week with salad as dinner almost every day.

    Well, this week is the first week I've taken charge of my diet in a long time.
    Ate salad and chicken 3 times this week. Actually found a combo I love (with olives, garlic and chili)

    Time to let nature to take its course.
