Wall needs some work so we renegotiated the price and it's all happening! Lawyers next then panic at how much I need to do to get everything organised.

I'm in the process of buying a house for my little family of 3. I never thought it would happen as I freelance while BF writes his PhD and so job security isn't the same as in working for an employer. We are waiting to hear about a moving wall, if this is okay, it's going ahead and I can stop interior decorating in my head (and on Pinterest) and do it in actual real life. Yay!

I have a beautiful 21 month old and I feel so lucky she is in my life. We didn't think we could conceive, it took 2 years. I'm 38 this year and I want to give my daughter a sibling and I want their age to be close. My partner and I have decided to start trying again soon. Maybe after we move house in May. Daughter (sweet pea) will be 2 by then, so I think that is a good age.

I've been taking lessons since last April. I had a break of three months in this time but really I should get myself in gear (yay pun) and be test ready by this April. It can be done! Then I will save for a car and go brrrrrrrruuuuuummmmmm. Actually I really need a car, my work takes me all over the region carrying suitcases of materials. Plus taking my baby around with me is a total pain on public transport. What if I had another child? Ahem, okay that's another goal...

This is linked to goal 1. Moving to a house with less storage space is frying my brain! What do I do with all my stuff? Plus dear heart is a hoarder and keeps EVERYTHING! Help!

@misskim you may have already come across this but have you read "The Life-Changing Magic of Tidying Up" by Marie Kondo? It helped me a lot when I was doing my own de-cluttering. The book is just the right length to get you inspired. There are YouTube videos about this too but I personally recommend the book.

@jlittle ah well it's not just books. I'm an artist, hubby is an artist, we are hoarders. I'm going to charity shop most of it, maybe ebay some furniture and pass on as much as possible. Will be doing most of this behind hubs back as he keeps everything! I gave a pair of yellow trousers to a refugee charity last week and he stated that they were his summer pants he wears once a year!!!! We will probably keep most of the books though, we love books.

@misskim I love books too, my mom was a bookdealer who met my dad, a book collector. . . . you get the idea. I had a bookstore for 9 years, worked in the book business for many years. So I have "tricks" for getting as many books as possible on shelves.

You can type any date in plain English like in 3 weeks or next month.
You can also type in recurring due date like every day, every week and every month.
