    My current stats are:

    161.6 lbs (Weight): -16.1 lbs.
    29.2% (Body Fat): -4.6
    33.4% (Muscle Mass): +1.7
    50.0% (Water): +3.0

    9.6 lbs to go! My goal weight is 148-152 lbs.

    Things that might impact my weight today:
    1- Did you eat any snacks yesterday?: Yes
    2- Did you exercise yesterday?: Yes

    CONFESSION: I've been hovering around 160.1 - 161.9 lbs for the past couple of weeks. "It's that last 10 pounds that is the hardest to lose." Also, I haven't been doing my best to avoid the snacks. Every time I go to the grocery store (about every 3 days), I swing by the bulk snack section that has all the supposedly "good for you" snacks. Well anyway, I've been getting very small portions (about 0.15 lb) of: chocolate covered pretzels (milk chocolate and dark chocolate), chocolate caramel clusters, pistachio nuts, and sunflower seeds. I'm sure this hasn't help my weight loss efforts. So going forward, I will try to avoid these temptations.

        @egieodia Hi! I'm still here. I've been super busy with work over the past week. I plan to post some updates for this goal and my Exercise Regularly goal (actually there is nothing to post on that one since I haven't worked out since last Thursday. Yikes!, but I will update anyway) tomorrow or the next day (7/12 or 7/13). Thanks for checking! :)

    In preparation for my upcoming move to Guangzhou, China, I plan to start learning Mandarin. I recently discovered two free language sites (besides Duolingo, which is excellent too) they are:
    -1. Memrise
    -2. Mango Languages
    I plan to use both and will provide weekly updates on my progress.

    UPDATE: It's been awhile since my last update on this goal. I've been very busy and a lot has happen since then. Well, I got a job abroad! I'll be teaching English in Guangzhou China. Guangzhou is not too far from Hong Kong. I start in November. The background check takes about 4 months to complete because there are a few extra steps involved when you're doing a FBI background check for foreign employment. It also has to be apostilled by the Dept of State in Wash. DC). So now the fun begins... paperwork, selling stuff, packing, etc. &#xsmile;

    -1. Update resume for ESL job (6/7/17)
    -2. Research jobs abroad on ESL job sites (6/8/17)
    -3. Apply to at least 5 jobs abroad (6/8/17)
    -4. Skpe Interview (6/22/17)
    -5. Get Diploma notarized by University (6/23/17)
    -6. Offer presented (6/27/17) <-- I got a job!
    -7. Get Diploma apostilled by CA State Dept

      @danita congrats!! I almost moved to Guangzhou as a child but my parents turned down a job offer. I have a background in TESL as well so I'm anxious to hear about your adventures! Very cool!

    UPDATE: I spent the last two days updating my resume. I'm very pleased with how it turned out. It is probably one of the best resumes that I've ever created, both in terms of content and design. Let's just hope that it impresses a prospective employer.

    I've been trying to read the Bible cover-to-cover for nearly 25 years and I never seen to make it past Deuteronomy (Book 5) in the Old Testament. I have read all of the New Testament at least once and have read the Four Gospels several times, but it's the OT that I find most challenging to get through. I'm currently reading Leviticus and will track my progress here as I complete each Book.

    Well, that's a heck of a lot of books! This list comes from the book: 1001 Books You Must Read Before You Die. If I read 100 books a year (which I currently don't), it would take me approximately 10 years to complete this list. Although some books on the list are short (less than 100 pgs, like The Little Prince), there are many that are very long (more than 1,000 pgs, like War and Peace) which might take me months to read.

    The list that I am currently working on is from SparkNotes. However, there is some overlap with the 1001 Book list. As I complete each book, I will note my progress and try to give a brief review.
