    1. Guinness Golden Ale

    Blurb :
    A beautifully balanced ale with a delicate hop aroma, subtle malty biscuit flavours and a refreshingly crisp finish.

    Flavour: Malty biscuit, delicate hop bitterness, slight sweetness

    Palate: Slight mouth drying, a refreshing clean finish, with little to no linger

    ABV: 4.5%

      @cluricaune I used to follow you back in the old 43things, and I'm glad you're still as bad-a** now as you were then! Also, you should try weihenstephaner beers, although nothing can beat a good guinness...

        @nudgethecurmudgeon Hurrah ! I'm a b@d@$$ !

        I'll keep an eye out for the Weihenstephaner beers. I enjoyed this goal on the old 43things - I tried a whole range of new beers I mightn't have otherwise. Guinness is pretty much all I'll drink on a night out in Ireland, but it just doesn't taste right abroad. Trying 43 new beers a night out on holiday can an educational experience &#xwink;

      @cluricaune Oh yeah, baby! I lived in Galway for a year. I've not had a truly decent pint since.

        @beequeen Galway has the reputation for being the party capital of Ireland. (But it's been a while since I've been there). I think Martin Sheen spent a while there, studing English at the university, after he retired from acting.

        I love the Guinness in Donegal. Maybe it's a west coast thing ;)

You can type any date in plain English like in 3 weeks or next month.
You can also type in recurring due date like every day, every week and every month.
