    Yesterday I knew that kick boxing coach was injured and training will stop for a month :(
    I think I'll replace it with kung-fu

    I started with categorizing my objectives

    1- Fitness/shape
    2- Enjoy relax/rehab
    3- Work skills improvement
    4- Socialize
    5- New skills
    6- Build habits

    And created a todo list that will help achieving each one.
    I ended up with tons of things that I need to do. now I need a very good time plan. I created a calendar for each todo list and ended up with something like this

    Month Plan (Change Significantly in One Month)

    Well I woke up that day and decided that I’ll quit my job.
    Yes, I was very sure about that decision. I needed to learn too many things, I needed to stop doing things, start doing things. I needed to CHANGE. I’ve been trying to do all of these things for about a year. But I couldn’t. Why? Well I believe I need to re-organize myself. I need to be more clever in managing my time.
    How quitting my job will help? Actually the first reason wasn’t - as you might think - to save time. No, It was the negativity of being unable to do what I need to do. To live my life the way how I planned. That negativity affected the way I think and deal with my every day issues. I started to feel like I’m not doing my job the way I used to, and everyone else used me to do it. I started to lose my passion. Actually I started to hate my job.

    Once you reach that point, you lose everything. You lose power, focus, details, creativity. I even started to get there late and every day I wake up I hating the fact that I have to go to work. I didn’t need to talk to anyone, actually I felt like I’m being like the worst employee in the company. This is something I never experienced before because I’ve always wanted to be the best. I used to work like an owner, I worked with the spirit of “I’m doing something very important, I have to do it the best way”
    That was the first reason. I was wasting my time in something that harms me, and I do it every day.

    I needed to stop that all, I needed to stop all the mess and to re-energize myself.

    I knew that there are two ways to handle this situation, either put the blame on “Work”, quit and restart after a break when I feel ready again. Or follow that fact I deeply believe, my job is not the problem. It is me, I need to learn how to handle everything together. That’s how I’ll be able to be successful. You can’t just quit doing something important like work, just because you can’t manage your life. If I need to be someone exceptional, someone who can do more using my unlimited abilities, I have to learn how to manage everything together. Yes I need to be more clever in managing my life.

    So I talked to my boss and told him that I’m not fine and I’m - as he noticed for sure - not doing my job. I told him that I needed a break. a long break, not a week or two. I need a month. If this is not acceptable, I totally understand. But please I don’t want to continue destroying everything good I did so far.

    My boss could understand, and accepted my one moth break.

    The month started 13/8. I knew that I have to plan it very carefully to make sure that I’ll be able to gain the results as I promised myself will be. I didn’t want it - in any way - to be a wasted month.

    I started by putting a CLEAR objective for the month, a CLEAR motivating reward and a CLEAR plan to follow.

    Objectives
    1- Enjoy my time, relax and de-stress. I needed a rehab.
    2- Improve my skills and learn more. There is nothing to give more self confidence more than learning something new.
    3- Be more fit. I’ve always loved being fit and healthy lifestyle. I needed to be in shape. This is something that will serve two things, self confidence and enjoying my time, maybe also building a new career as a fitness trainer. This definitely can be an objective.
    4- Set a 5 years plan. This will help me improve my time management skills (new skill)
    5- Build habits. That will stick forever (Waking up @ 5, read more …etc). Yes definitely an objective.

    Reward


    1. Energy renewed. Become stronger than before. Be ready for more challenges.

    2. Become a better me (physically and mentally). Like upgrading myself to the next level.

    3. Learn how to manage my time and how to set a long term plans and stick to it

    4. Learn how to LAZER FOCUS

    5. Self confidence

    6. Prepare for the next 5 years. A totally different chapter of my life. Where I will become a more stable and mature person who thinks about how to solve a bigger problems. Like how to make a difference or how to become a contributor who has a role to build the community. Make something big that will change the world

    7. Git rid of bad habits and build new habits.

    Well, I learned french basics and I can construct phrases. But I'm still a beginner. I mean I can't have a full conversation in french.
    So my goal is to become an expert. I need to be able to speak, listen to and write french.
