    Step one- take off the pockets! I accidentally ripped the fabric underneath so l am removing that as well. Basically l am letting this shirt direct me!!

    Here is my first victim! My husband is doing the minimalist challenge with me, the collar is frayed so l am going to attempt to re- fashion this shirt if l mess it up well its all good rubbish bin!

    Dress makers form is assembled! Grand daughter Sweetpea think she looks scary so brought over my jacket to dress her! We've named her Gertie after Gretchen who's books and dress pattern l will be making. So here's Gertie is my jacket!!

    I got my dress makers dummy yesterday so once l set up the measurements lets see some creations start happening!

    In case anyone was wondering about the re fashion thing l love the idea of it, you take several or maybe just one piece if clothing and alter it into something new. Here's an example l borrowed from Pinterest....

    So while l am doing the minimalist Challenge and cleaning out my closet two other goals l am going to attempt to refashion some of the pieces into new clothes. I have a Pinterest board... danger! Plus l am bidding on a dress makers form so that'll help!
