Just finished the 31 days of yoga revolution with Adriene. It has been my first month-long yoga program and I really loved it. Did get really scared when I found out the last 'lesson' is not really a lesson, but invites you to do the exercises on your own, whatever fits at that moment. I thought I could never do this, but I managed to make some moves for sure, granted I repeated some later on when I didn't know anything else anymore, or I peaked at whatever Adriene was doing in the video, but I'm still quite proud of myself for being able to improvise at least a bit. I also have to be honest and say that I did not do this 31 consecutive days, but the most important thing is I did it. I'll definitely do some of her other month-long yoga programs. Yoga is a keeper!
@rainbowssparks Good for you! Isn't yoga fabulous? I love it. Yin is my favorite style, although Vinyasa is nice too. Sometimes a little too fast for me, but I always feel great afterwards. Congrats on your month-long program.
@garrinevan Thanks! It is indeed very nice, relaxing, yet active.
Finished lesson 8 today and really start to notice some differences. My back and neck hurt though, but in a good way. The muscles finally seem to loosen up.

Day 2! Found a great app that's been helping
Found a 31-day yoga program on one of the channels my teacher suggested and did the first lesson today. Was a smooth and easy start, just what I needed. Did a meditation before starting the lesson, feel good I got going with this.
Just got an e-mail that my yoga mat arrived and is laying at the post office. Going to pick it up later today. My yoga teacher also sent me an e-mail with some tips of people to follow online, so I can make my own routine. Everything seems to be ready to start! Yes!
Regular yoga practice is important and if you can do just 10 minutes everyday it would make a huge different!!!
I just finished Day 24 of a 30 Day Hatha Yoga series on Youtube. It feels great!
I practiced yoga regularly for around 10 years, after I had my son (7 years ago) I quit. I want to get started in a regular practice again. I am not in a position to attend a class, but I am recording a tv class and I have been watching it and "playing along." I have also been beginning my day with a few sun salutations.
Since last month I'm taking a class once a week, so intense, yet relaxing. I hope that after a while I can do enough poses to make my own short daily routine.
After saving, it will be sealed for 2 years. Are you sure you wrote everything you want?
Changing the goal title is basically creating or joining another goal. All your activity and media will move to the new goal.
Removing this goal from your done list will delete all it's activity and you will not be associated to this goal anymore. Try edit this entry instead
I truly believe Augustine’s words are true and if you look at history you know it is true. There are many people in the world.
