    Seeing in peace in the morning, how my body is today. And fiquring out, what is it that i need to do today for my wellbeing. Now i have fiqured out my daily schedule today for my best, and i feel really good about it.

    Meditation can be as simple as a few deep breaths in and out for 3 minutes. I find when there is the lack of discipline or the monkey mind is active less is more . The mind is busy cos that what minds do , but you can slow the thoughts down minute by minute.

    Still neglecting this. I know it's good for me, but I'm not making the time I need for it.

      @rosewilder Try just breathing in and out, and see how breathing sensation feels in different parts of your body. This is quick and calms immediately.

    completely aggravating. Cannot sit still. As in, I shift weight, back is uncomfortable, I keep opening my eyes, I notice my breathing is shallow.

    Then, I fixed it. Went to the recliner, that no one in the house ever uses. It's weird. But it was completely comfortable. Slight light came in from outside. I turned the himalayan rock salt lamp on.

    Tonight: research guided meditation centers in my area. Also, research guided mediation centers in areas which I would like to travel to. I also think earthly coordinates are important for an experience. And I have already some top choices in mind.

    Oh, my. I have completely neglected this. Therefore, I will take on this goal to track my (pathetic, fledgling) attempts.
    I tend to avoid meditating because it's not something I am not good at. I want to not only try to meditate more often but also be okay with the fact that I don't do it well, and accept the fact that it is a worthwhile practice and I don't have to do it well, but just do it.

    I have slipped waaay off track with this one. I basically have no meditation routine anymore. Hope I can get back into it.

    Today I meditated for several hours. It's not the 'clear your mind' style, but more akin to half dreaming..
    It's different than controlled daydreaming, or being bombarded by thoughts..

    It's relinquishing control , staying as long as you can in that limbo place right before you fall asleep, a spascious sensation like.. rocking gently in a boat , watching ideas emerge, become transforming images,
    without having conscious thoughts about those images because the second you 'think' the dream state dissolves.

    I forgot how freeing that feels, to 'Be. there'. where the muses dance
