    It's about two weeks that I've started to diet. I feel fine and I've lost nearly 4 kg! I'm very proud of it

    Why I want to lose weight: to be healthy, to fit into nice clothes, not look pregnant (tired of getting asked if I'm pregnant), feel better about myself...

    Ok bad eating has made me regain 2 pounds. Even though I have been on my feet working all weekend, the weekdays I have been in front of a computer for 12+ hours a day sittting. My job has me sit so I have to make sure as I round it out by getting more movement in. Even though I am walking every evening now it’s not enough to compensate for the bad food I have been eating.

    Current progress with my 100 days challenge

    I started my own 100 challenge

    7/100 Exercise daily for 15+ mins

    3/100 No takeaway meals

    7/100 No chocolate

    7/100 No alcohol on school nights

    I really do need to stop going to the chip for lunch when I work from home.

    I want to lose about 12 kg in total. Started some time ago but I have not lost any for a while. Need to take it more seriously again. Still need to lose about 8.5 kg

    Haven’t done well at this for the past 2 weeks. When work and life gets busier I tend to not want to cook and then not drink the water amount I should. As a result weight loss goes stagnant. I plan for this weekend to be another busy one but hoping by Monday i will have more mental room and time in my schedule.
