    It sounds crazy, but the less weight you have to lose, the harder it is to lose it! Ive been working on the same 10lbs for over a year and have tried various diet strategies + exercise. Im getting there.

    I have already started some cardio.

    Just went swimming this morning. Hoping that I can keep at it.

    I am planning to more cardio this following weeks before going on a diet plan.
