The beer was my stall. I have plateaued temporarily and need to shake things up this week. No more beer for 30 days. I can't believe 1 bottle 2 different days can be that disruptive but it obviously is.

Still up. I can rationalize it but it's still a killjoy.

Still sitting higher than what I was but have muscles hurting so may be slightly inflamed and after the beer and latte I may be retaining a bit still.

Gained more, it was the beer, hormones, or it could be that I worked out last night so am retaining water as my muscles heal the tears. Not concerned at this point. As I continue to work out I may see more weight gain then I will suddenly start losing, this is typical for me.

@Andia It's the beer. I have found this delicious beverage causes a lot more weight gain than you would think. Plus, if you are drinking craft beers, there are more calories.

Still, enjoy! Remember what Ben Franklin said, "Beer is proof the God loves us." (I think it was Franklin that said that)

@bob1623 lol I know you are right though I don't want you to be. It's a high calorie expensive son-of-a-gun that I indulge in every great once in awhile. The bottles aren't as big as what this link displays. This was the first time I ever had a beer I truly liked. Prior to this I had been only exposed to "light" off the gas station store shelf kind. I haven't had a beer in 3 months and had a craving for the taste. Not a big drinker so this one tips me sideways a tad when I indulge. https://www.beeradvocate.com/beer/profile/259/1708/

@cia007 I am so sorry to see you have an allergy to it! There are a lot of wines I can't drink due to an allergy that grips my jaw in a piercing pain. Hard to enjoy a nice red when you have your jaw clenched. Heh

@Andia That looks like the kind of beer one could come to really enjoy, especially with the 10% ABV.

It reminds me of a time, years ago when two colleagues and myself went bar hopping in Brugge Belgium. We started with a Duvel and went from there, only drinking triples. (I also have pictures) Needless to say we were not much use at work the next day.

          Enjoy that beer!!

I gained but it could be hormones, the long drive yesterday, or the sugar drink and lunch I had yesterday.. a cold latte argh. I brought oranges and almonds to snack on but stopped for lunch and had a delicious salad. I'm sure the dressing had sugar and stuff in it. It was a vinaigrette but after doing this for a couple of months I have been amazed at the sugar and words I can't pronounce in the simplest of things.

Late in the day during the drive back I was a bit tired and opted for an iced latte. There's nothing wrong with splurging now and then however I have a main goal I don't want to derail.

16 down and 67 to go.

Back down those few ounces plus more. I drank more water yesterday. The dandelion tea that is supposed to be good for you I finally found one I love! It's a bit on the steep side(pun intended) but worth it. I also had cantaloupe yesterday I couldn't stay out of, I would have a few nuts just for the protein to balance out the sugars. Plus I had pasta(brown rice pasta) for spaghetti, a lean hamburger earlier in the day with asparagus and chia pudding for breakfast.
