    Might go to 2 weight watchers meetings a week. I found an article in my magazine that featured plus size girls who post pictures of themselves to instagram in their outfits and the company making the clothes pays them when something sells!!! I would love to do something like that, but I can't afford to buy nice clothes, and I suck at hair and make-up. Seems you have to have money to make money. Wonder if you could get a small business loan to buy clothes (lol).

    I have a treadmill at home so I might use that for a while. Dad said I can go back to PT if I change my mind and they can still afford it. Currently $35 a week. It'll be nice to have the three hours back.

    Thinking of giving up personal training for a while, maybe forever. Feel bad about wasting my parents money.

    Might get some counselling instead and try to reduce my stress levels. The training had been stopping my weight from going up faster, but I think I've been eating too much out of stress. Plus, when people pay for things, they have certain expectations. I want to eat what I want without feeling guilty. Hopefully I won't end up as a baby hippopotamus, gotta find some balance.

    Been going to the gym for three weeks now. I started at 297 lbs. and I am currently 279 lbs. Just gotta stick with it.

    I'm about 146 lbs and only 5'2. kind of sick of my thighs rubbing together at this point, so I need to use my gym membership. Not having someone to go there with has made me lazy. It feels so good to exercise, but traveling there and back makes me just want to stay home. If it's not a party with food, I don't want to go!!!!

      @verukaprime Yeah, I had to convince my coworkers to sign up at my gym so we could keep each other accountable. They all have pretty much given up, but I I'm still driving 30 minutes round trip every morning myself. If I can do it, I'm sure you can.

    I have pretty much given up on losing weight... I think I'm gonna try again, and maybe just aim for 90kg and try to maintain at that weight- I look amazing there and can do a lot. If I ever feel ready to get down to 60kg than I will try again but I would be satisfied with 90kg... thats 24kg away.

    I want to eat all the best foods, but its too expensive... to eat the purest, best quality foods you basically have to be a millionaire... I brought chia seeds, fish oil, protein powder and LSA... I would also buy stuff like Almond milk and Salmon, but omg, so expensive! At the moment, I eat some of the best food, and some of the worst. For the last few days, I've been snacking on caramel popcorn, and who knows what crap they add to stuff like that. I found out a salad dressing I like uses Canola oil, which is supposingly highly toxic.

    I should only be eating the cheapest foods, because that is all I can really afford.

      @stephanie  Hi Stephanie, you`re probably already doing this but if not, you might try canned salmon-- lots cheaper and about the same nutrition.  Just a thought...

    I currently weigh 12 stone 4 pounds (172 pounds or 78Kg) I want to lose 25 pounds to achieve a weight of 10 stone 7 pounds (147 pounds or 67Kg)

    Bought a personal food and exercise log 2 days ago. I have been recording what I eat and my exercise routines. I have also done yoga 2 days in row.

    Hi there! I've been putting on a little weight of late. I'm in at 10 stone and stand at 5'6. That's 140 lbs for any North Americans. I've grown a gut though I'm not really big at the moment. I was as a teenager however and want to nip this in the bud before it gets out of hand. I hope, or plan rather, to shed a stone (again, 14 lbs). Good luck with this goal for anyone reading!
