    So I was thinking on making a Diet plan. That way I won't get too caught up in 'being thin' and develop an eating disorder. Again. I tend to take some things too far if I don't set some boundaries. I was thinking

    Breakfast: Toast with Parmesan cheese. Water.

    Lunch: Salad and Water

    Dinner: Half of a white meat, Salad and water.

    Snacks: Almonds or cheese.

    I don't eat much anyway so the calories I would be inducing wouldn't be too big of a change. Between my body mass and height I calculated I would still have enough calories in me to do everyday tasks and not feel uncomfortable.

    I'm starting off really slowly. Now that Richard's surgery is past and we don't have to worry about the low-fiber diet anymore, it'll be much easier to eat healthy with plenty of fruits and vegetables.
