    I intended not to bring my watch today. The time was about 30 minutes. It was a lazy run again as I still felt sore from yesterday's run. I went slow both ways enjoying the morning run.

    Saturday morning : August 5th, 2017

    40 min-morning run.

    I planned to do it the night before but when it was time to leave this morning, I was a bit hesitant as the weather was so cozy to sleep in. But then I told myself that I hadn't run for a few days and there was no excuse not to do it again.

    I left the house a bit late but it was still grey outside due to the rain. Actually, I love this kind of weather; no sunlight and a bit gloomy.. So, I lingered on the road. Ran slowly and enjoyed the view.

    A quick 23 mins. I started off a bit fast and finished faster. Just wanted a short, quick morning run and I will save the longer, slower run for the weekend..

    23 mins

    I was busy last week so I didn't make time to update my goals but I still made time to go out for a run, though not every single day. However, the love of running is coming back.

    Told myself to have a quick run this morning and yes.. it was quick but it was fun and refreshing.

    I wanted to do it yesterday morning too but I woke up with sore legs and sleepy eyes so I let myself sleep in and told myself that I mustn't miss it again tomorrow.

    So, this morning I got up at 5 am to read and get myself ready for the run. I left the house at 6 am, aimed to run longer than usual so I started slow and went a bit farther than my regular u-turn.

    I am going to miss it again on Monday and Tuesday morning, both yoga and running as I have to babysit my niece and nephew while my sister is away for work. But I will try a few poses before they wake up.

    Wednesday morning : July 19th, 2017

    The run this morning was about 23-25ish minutes. I still can't find my watch; I don't know where I put it yesterday. But the distance for today's run was a bit shorter and I ran faster. I made a u-turn sooner than yesterday or the day before.

    It was a hasty run and I wanted to speed up on the way back; I even took a different route to see and feel something different. I puffed like a mad dog once getting home. It felt so great!

    The running in me is getting backkkkkkkkkkkkkk!!!

    Tuesday morning : July 18th, 2017

    27 minute-morning run. The same distance and time as yesterday. I am trying to keep the momentum and don't want to overdo it. So, running 25-30 minutes each morning is not too hard for me. The hardest part is leaving the house. Once I am on the road, I can keep going on slowly. I love that I am getting back to loving running again. The trick is doing it slowly with a short distance; start slow and finish strong. I don't want to push my comfort zone yet. Maybe during the weekend, I will run longer.

    I left the house at 6 am. It was still hazy as the day started to break. The road was quiet but I saw a few rubber tappers on the road and some bikers were already biking. I intended for a short and quick run. Started slow and finished strong in 27 minutes. I will make it easy so I can put running into my daily schedule again..

    I couldn't miss it this morning as I hadn't run since last Sunday. I left the house around 6 am and got back home around 6:35 am, in a pouring rain. It's been a while since I ran in the rain. Love it and miss it so much. It made me think back to the great old days when I went out 4-5 times a week for a long run even though it was pouring so hard...
