    Into a waiting time

    The past few weeks I had been doing very well, lots of activities and having fun doing them. There are two trail races coming up and I have been looking forward to running in them. Last Friday I even made up a training schedule for the next two weeks. The next day, Saturday, was a group run. It is an easy run and I get to see my running friends.

    Then, 2 miles in I felt a sharp pain in my left calf that shot all the up my leg. Rats!! I pulled the muscle. I was so pissed. It is not the pain. I can deal with that and it really is not painful. It is immediately I know I am done for the short term. It would be very difficult to run on it.

    I can do a few things to help it along, but I know what it really needs is rest. At least I can bike on it, but for the next few days there is a lot of rain in the forecast (it is actually raining now as I write this) so I may not be doing a lot of that either.

    Maybe making that training schedule was the wrong thing to do. I think I jinxed myself.

You can type any date in plain English like in 3 weeks or next month.
You can also type in recurring due date like every day, every week and every month.
