Sometimes, to go forward, you need to step back a bit. Many people are ignoring this step because ... they hurt their hair. Such thinking is understandable, but fatal - if we do not cut off the split ends in time, I will break down further and harder. As a result, you will need to cut 3 times more later.
The split ends slow down the process of hair growth.
We always brush our hair when they are dry (wet are more susceptible to mechanical damage). However, do not over-brush and bristle your hair thoroughly - this way only distribute the tallow.
This is a very simple and effective treatment that is best done while washing hair. Gently massage the scalp with fingertips, circular motion and kneading slightly. Massage improves blood supply to the scalp and oxygen. It also stimulates the hair roots to act.
Little pleasant but effective. If cold water is too difficult for you and a shocking experience, start with a cool one. This treatment closes the hair's scalp, improves circulation and reshapes the hair to mechanical injury. Applied regularly, the hair will be healthy, strong and shiny
Continued use of the same formulation is not a good solution. The hair "remembers" the composition of the shampoo and after some time stop responding to it. Moreover - they start to be heavily loaded. Choose shampoos without parabens and change your product every month.
Sad but sadly true. When we are stressed, hair falls out (in extreme cases even gray) and grows slower. Rapid emotional experiences are bad for the body. Less stress, more smile!
Skin, teeth, lungs and nails too. If you smoke, you must throw it! Try to avoid smoky rooms - smoke likes to settle on the hair and to flush them from the outside.
Wet hair is more susceptible to mechanical injury. The dryer can soak it, so the best solution is one that has the option of a cold blow. Not only does it damage the hair, it also closes the scales and makes the hair more shiny
Appropriate lifestyle and proper diet are the key to success. Healthy hair grows faster. Eat foods rich in iron, such as nuts, liver, fish. Not many people know that good hair is ... tuna! This tasty fish contains omega-3 acids, which make the hair more shiny and resilient. Apart from being low calorie, it also stimulates hair growth.
But do not expect from them miracles. Field horsemeat and black velcro preparations slightly accelerate the straightening of the hair. For a desperate person, even 0.5 - 0.8 cm a month is a big difference. Especially when we do not know how to quickly get rid of the fringe . Better results are achieved by strengthening the hair from the inside (preparations such as silica, horsetail), but these for external use are also able to stimulate the bulbs (eg seboradin). The disadvantage of the latter is often the unpleasant odor and greasy hair - when the bulbs work fast and intensively, this side effect is quite normal.
There may be a method that will repair damaged terminals, but this can be prevented. Semi-long and long hair are especially prone to splitting - they rub against clothes, collars, etc. Before applying any serum to the ends, first cut the ones that are already damaged. Preparations "sticking" the damaged ends do not really fix them - it's just an optical illusion, which can prove extremely treacherous - under this "glue" tips are split up deeper. Pure Castor oil does not accelerate hair growth but it strengthens and protects against injuries
Too tight braid or compression squeeze hair will do more harm than straightener, curler and chlorine taken together. Hair becomes fragile, fragile and falls out. However, tethering is necessary, for example, at bedtime - a delicate braid or a loose ponytail reduce friction and thus protect the hair.
If they are properly selected. Nowadays, there are a whole range of good products that even care for your hair. A good straightener should have ceramic tiles or, for example, a pearl coating. We use heat-emitting devices together with protective cosmetics.
This is my ultimate goal. I am on the backside of thirty so I don't even know if it is possible but this is my dream. I love the rounded look and I like straight hair best. I don't know the source of this photo but her hair is so beautiful! love the color, cut and shine!
September 8th, 2017 flatironed it reaches my collarbone not quite armpit length. Had a good 2 inches trimmed on August 1st. Going to try to pretend I am on a deserted island and can't get a hair cut for 6 months, keep the flatIroning to once a week and no blow drying or teasing or any other damaging treatment. I colored it (was virgin hair before) August 11th and it is close enough to my natural color that I am going to try to not color it again for at least 3 months.
I decided to grow out my hair on Nov 2016. It has almost been six months. I read that in one year the average hair growth is 6 cm (for Asians). So over the last six months I have grown 3 cm, I doubled checked with a past photo around that time and it seems accurate. There is not much I can do but continue my hair routine and be patient.
I bought some hair products, I am so excited to try these out!
This is my ultimate goal with regards to my hair. I want this side cut and this length.
Shaved in a side cut and got the rest of my pixie growing out to get to a minimum chin-length. Ultimate goal is shoulder length!
I haven't had long hair in 6 or 7 years. Always bald or a pixie cut. I accidentally let it grow out and it got past the annoying phase really fast, so I'm trying out a tiny ponytail until the weather gets warmer.
Throughout my whole life I have always wanted to have good long hair, that was smooth and silky. As a teenager I had moppy-like hair, which was thick, straight, straw-like, and a lot of it.
Japanese women here seem to have perfect hair, I always wondered why, considering I have the same hair type. Since I came to Japan I made a few changes to improve my hair...
Even though my hair was already straight, I did a Japanese straightening (thermal reconditioning), which reduced the bulk of my hair and made it a lot smoother. This was probably the best thing I ever done.
Second, I bought Loretta Base Care Oil, which I would apply after I wash my hair before blow-drying, this makes my hair extra soft.
However lately I noticed I would get split-ends (and I never got them before). I wondered if it was because of the perm I did, but I come to realise that it was the hair straightener I have been using regularly. So I will stop using it for now....
After saving, it will be sealed for 2 years. Are you sure you wrote everything you want?

I truly believe Augustine’s words are true and if you look at history you know it is true. There are many people in the world.
