ready to go from "being able" to do other things to, being able to have a workout routine and other things. Stronger and laughter everyday.
Last week, this! I started doing counter pushups and random pushups here and there. Much proud.
only 15 trying harder to reach 50
managed 9 knee push-ups last night
this is definitely a daytime activity.

I've just seen @hopeslife posts and I feel inspired! I folded up a jumper for my knees and did 10 knee-push-ups. In terms of an actual push-up I did 1.
My plan for accomplishing this, is to do one pushup, every time I have the opportunity for it. as a daily warmup to keep my arms from getting stiff. Yes, i have plan.
I really don't know my limit on this one. But i am astouundingly laughing and weeping when I get them in the vault.
36 tonight. I had a bit of extra energy so I decided to do a couple more lol.
@hopeslife wow, I soo want to be able to do a push-up. I hardly do one. May I ask, how did you/ what did you do to build up your strength?
@ngodpf Well just start with one then. Then the next day or so, do another. Start from your knees, aka the modified version.

I did 34 last night but they were the ones you do on your knees.

Removing this goal from your done list will delete all it's activity and you will not be associated to this goal anymore. Try edit this entry instead
