    1. What is the one thing you’d most like to change about the world?

That people didn't hate other people because of the colour of their skin.

    1. If happiness was the national currency, what kind of work would make you rich?

I would learn some creative skills like glass making, pottery or woodwork. And make amazing ornaments, kitchenware, jewelry and furniture and sell these things for a living

    1. Are you doing what you believe in, or are you settling for what you are doing?

Settling for what I am doing. Been like that for years. I want to change this going forward

    1. If the average human life span was 40 years, how would you live your life differently

Work and build on current and future friendships. Be more social. Say yes more. Be more selective about who I date. Buy a car and drive. Do martial arts again. Learn to dance. Move to Portugal. Enjoy the little things. Spend more time out doors. Smile more.

    1. To what degree have you actually controlled the course your life has taken?

100% but made a lot of wrong choices

    1. Are you more worried about doing things right, or doing the right things?

Doing things right. But trying to loosen up with it now. Things don't have to be perfect for you to start something or will wait forever.

    1. Which is worse, failing or never trying?

Never trying is worse. Embrace failure. It is only in failing that we actually learn the lessons from our mistakes. So many people who have done and created amazing things in this world were once novices who were trying and experimenting and making lots of mistakes and failing. But they never gave up and learnt with every mistake or failure and believed in what they were doing and that it would work out in the end. And it did.

    1. If life is so short, why do we do so many things we don’t like and like so many things we don’t do?

Good question. We do these things because that is how we were taught by parents, teachers and society. I.e. Work in jobs we don't enjoy. Or learning subjects at school that don't really prepare you for the real world. Something's are necessary thiugh, if you hate excersizing, we should still do that as it is good for us. I think that this is changing now though. People are realising that there is more to life than this. We were not just born to live to work and pay the bills and then die.
And we are living in the best time to be able to actually create and live a life we love. We have so much information at our disposal we could do anything we really wanted if we only tried. Some people will never try. But it's not for everyone I guess. I would like to be one of those people. Currently working on my escape plan

Why do we like things we don't do. For me personally it has been laziness and lack of confidence and self esteem. Also finances and logistics. There are many things I like but don't do. I like dancing and want to learn to dance properly but I haven't done it yet because of the reasons I said. I feel I am not fit enough to be able to do it well. But I may never be ready so I may as well just go and do it anyway. Another thing for me is martial arts I used to do it and now I don't. I miss it and want to do it again in future. Again reasons for not doing are all of the above as well as finances and logistics.

So if you are not content and think there is something better out there for you, find a way to make it happen. Do the things you constantly think and dream about.

Me personally, I am going to arrange my first dance lesson when I get back from my holiday. The martial arts, I am not Ina position to go back to that martial arts gym currently however I plan to in 2018. I the meantime I am planning on practicing my martial arts skills inthe near future at home and in my normal gym. Practice practice practice. So even if you can't do exactly what you want right now, we can still work on the goal. We can still practice and learn and read. So when we do finally do it, we will be more than ready to take on the challenge/goal and do it well

    1. How old would you be if you didn’t know how old you are ?

I would be 24. I am 37 yrs old. But I am young at heart and look like in my late 20s. A lot of people who don't know me think I am 20something. It would be nice to be that age again. I'd do alot of things differently.

If happiness was the national currency, what kind of work would make you rich?
    Travelling

Are you doing what you believe in, or are you settling for what you are doing?
I just turned 40 so I'm in that weird inbetween stage where I'm trying to go from complacency to truly living.

If the average human life span was 40 years, how would you live your life differently?
I'm 40 so I'd be dead?!? I would have never went to school and just travelled the world

To what degree have you actually controlled the course your life has taken?
I haven't really controlled the course of my life and it's been pretty good so far, but now that I'm older I want to prioritize what I spend my energy and time on.

Are you more worried about doing things right, or doing the right things?
I'm more worried about doing the right things than doing them right. There's usually more than one way to do something.

How old would you be if you didn’t know how old you are?

    I wouldn't know??

Which is worse, failing or never trying?

I'm a perfectionist so the truth in reality would be failing but logically of course, never trying is much worse because the option to fail or succeed does not exist.

If life is so short, why do we do so many things we don’t like and like so many things we don’t do?

    My head hurts.

When it’s all said and done, will you have said more than you’ve done?

Probably. I haven't done much all said and done but I do talk a lot.

What is the one thing you’d most like to change about the world?

I wish we could all be more tolerant of one another. Respect each other's right to believe what we believe and allow each other the right to an opinion.

If happiness was the national currency, what kind of work would make you rich?

    Dancing.

Are you doing what you believe in, or are you settling for what you are doing?

I believe in the work I do for a living but I am settling for the lifestyle I am currently living.

If the average human life span was 40 years, how would you live your life differently?

I would have had my kids earlier so I can meet a partner before I got too old.

To what degree have you actually controlled the course your life has taken?

I controlled it right into a ditch fully on my own but having said that, I am getting back on course through self control.

Are you more worried about doing things right, or doing the right things?

As previously mentioned, I am a perfectionist, so I am always trying to do things the right way.

You’re having lunch with three people you respect and admire. They all start criticizing a close friend of yours, not knowing she is your friend. The criticism is distasteful and unjustified. What do you do?

I keep quiet but if I am asked for input I will tell the truth as I see it. Based on the facts in the question, I would defend my friend regardless of how it is received.

If you could offer a newborn child only one piece of advice, what would it be?

Consider advice given to you from older people before dismissing it. They know more having lived longer and experienced life.

Would you break the law to save a loved one?

Yes probably unless it involved physical injury to anyone. I would of course weigh up the risk involved first. Might just change my mind if it means I will get caught.

Have you ever seen insanity where you later saw creativity?

    No.

What’s something you know you do differently than most people?

How come the things that make you happy don’t make everyone happy?

What one thing have you not done that you really want to do? What’s holding you back?

Are you holding onto something you need to let go of?

If you had to move to a state or country besides the one you currently live in, where would you move and why?

Do you push the elevator button more than once? Do you really believe it makes the elevator faster?

Would you rather be a worried genius or a joyful simpleton?

    Why are you, you?

Have you been the kind of friend you want as a friend?

Which is worse, when a good friend moves away, or losing touch with a good friend who lives right near you?

What are you most grateful for?

    1-5
How old would you be if you didn’t know how old you are?
    25

Which is worse, failing or never trying?
    Never trying.

If life is so short, why do we do so many things we don’t like and like so many things we don’t do?
I think we are taught that we have to do certain things to be part of society instead of being taught to forge our own path.

When it’s all said and done, will you have said more than you’ve done?
At this point in my life it would be 'said more', but I'm trying to change that.

What is the one thing you’d most like to change about the world?
Term limits for Congress. I believe it will cause a positive rapid change in the US government, which will make America better, which will ripple out through our relationships with other countries.

You can type any date in plain English like in 3 weeks or next month.
You can also type in recurring due date like every day, every week and every month.
