write more congratulation notes

A good source and stimulus to achieve this is following the local newspaper. When I see a report about something someone has accomplished, I clip the article and enclose it in a ‘Congrats!’ card (dollar store: 2/$1) and send it to them along with a personal note. I don’t always hear back from them, but you can be sure they remember you, celebrating them!
