For some reason I can get every part of my body toned but not my abs.

Going to the gym right now. I have been really steady for a while now and my obliques are starting to develop!

I went to the physiotherapist the other day and he told me this tip: holding in your belly actually works a core muscle deep in your lower back called the transverse abdominis.
It’s really hard to isolate that lower muscle but I can see why it is so important. Try pulling your stomach in and bringing your belly button down to your back without flexing your sixpack.

I’m currently in a Pilates class 2x a week to work on this goal but still have a ways to go. In a couple months (3 or so) they should be the desired tonedness lol ;)

my friend used to be “ripped” as far as girls go… about 3 years ago.. she really inspired me and now I seem to be doing better than her.
I’m still trying to get more definition.. maybe get a “cut line”
