I started using Firefox with version 0.7 but didn’t officially make it my default browser until 1.0 and will never turn back.

I moved from IE to Firefox when I was still running Windows XP (under SP2). IE7 hadn’t been released yet. Firefox seemed a little more secure, and had extra features I was interested in.
Using Firefox and other Mozilla products made my transition to Linux a lot easier. I could try Epiphany or Konqueror, but it was nice to have a browser I was already familiar with.

it has tags, and saves your work, unlike Internet Explorer. Say, your’e typing your girlfriend on Myspace, and your comp shuts down. When you reboot, load back in Firefox, click Restart Session, and you have it back.
