buy nothing for one week

sooo essential, even just for one week to save money

hey…if you are broke you won’t buy anything lol

I don’t feel as free as I thought I would after accomplishing this. I realize I spend too much during the week, and I eat out far more than I should, but I’m not sure these “buy nothing weeks” are going to curb me of that. Probably worth doing every now and then, but not really satisfying…
