Now I’m adopting a new goal- lose 15 pounds.

I still have a long ways to go, but I got the first 10!
I’m headed off to college, and it might be a more realistic goal to NOT gain 10 pounds. But I think if I start out with good habits, join a sports team, use the gym, and dont think of the meal plan as all you can eat, then I might actually lose weight.

I found it much easier to do this by not considering this a diet that I’m doing to lose weight, but a permanent lifestyle change to make myself happier and healthier. I drink two liters of water a day and walk at least 10,000 steps. I do my errands for the most part by walking or riding my bike.
I had a very bad depressed week and gained 5 lbs, putting me up around 164. Then I lost it all again. Now I’m 159.5, roughly. However, today is my birthday and I have week of high-calorie restaurants and cakes to contend with. Not that I’m complaining about all of my loving friends and family who want to take me to dinner and make me cakes. But it is a little hard on the ol’ diet. I’ll just have to not go overboard.

okay so i gained half a pound. probably just water since ive been drinking a lot of water. much more than i used to. i didnt drink any at all. yesterday i drank 4 glasses, then i got a headache from it, so i stopped and had one more before bed.
ive decided that its impossible to lose weight in the environment i live in. everyone in my house is overweight. they see no problem with eating mcdonalds for dinner every night. i do. i dont want to do that.
i seriously got in a fight with my boyfriend last night because i didnt want to eat pizza. he was telling me im stupid, and that i should eat. i said i was going to eat, just not greasy bullshit food, and he understood.
hes just worried about me.
i ended up eating burger king =[
oh my god didnt i feel shitty after that?
im terrible. its like a drug. i give into peer pressure. HELLLPPP!!!

So I weight myself at work today just for fun, after not weighing for a good two months or so.
I TOTALLY LOST 10 POUNDS, and I didn’t even mean to!! I guess working 60 hours a week and running every day did it. What an awesome surprise!
