I’ve always known the importance of water to the human body yet drinking it seems to be a very cumbersome task.
I’m not one of those who think it tastes bad or anything like that. In fact, most water has no taste at all to me. Perhaps that is the problem.
As a remedy to the taste issue, I have started adding fresh citrus fruit to my glass. It’s helping for now, but I’m still not drinking but a couple of glasses a day on most days. I am going to try to drink nothing but water for the next few days. I’m hoping that it will become a habit instead of a chore.
Let’s see how this turns out.
