do more cross stitch

In the last few weeks I’ve been trying to do half hour of stitching whenever I can, just so I don’t completely give it up! I still enjoy it, but think I’m probably just bored of the projects I’m working on. No wonder we all end up with so many Work in Progress projects!! lol
Maybe I should order another new kit???

I finished the projects for my sisters-in-law that was my previous entry here.

I started a project for my sister, and I have another project waiting in the wings for after that. Now that I’m in school, it’s hard to make time. Still working on it…

I haven’t picked up my stitching for a few months now, and I think its due to a stitching burn out! I was so in to it for ages, then I just haven’t wanted to do it for a while. Anyone else have the same issue?

Maybe I need to pace myself and do a little at a time instead of going gung-ho and then crashing and burning!

I couldn’t resist this cute little kit, it worked up really well and makes me go ‘aaawwww’ every time I use my phone :)

I do a lot of it these days, so I am going to mark it as done. So inspired right now, can’t wait to start up some new projects.

but i don’t think it is enough – at the moment i am not putting enough time in to actually get something finished.

I got a few more skeins today to add to my robin Hood Cross-stitch so if i put a few more hours a week in to it then i should have it done.
At the moment i would love to get it finished by Easter 2008.

How’s everyone else getting on with their projects?

This is the first cross stitch I’ve done in years and I can feel myself getting hooked on another craft. I made this one as I lost both my grandparents earlier this year to cancer, and my mum’s currently in hospital for her second lot of treatment so I am trying to work out my frustrations in a creative way… immature but satisfying.
