Sweets145 workout out!
I have done it once, but still have a lot more desire to learn even more and go beyond just a 30 foot depth. I want to dive for ship wrecks, go on a night dive, even teach it to tourists on the Live Aboards as a career change possibly!
Snorkeling is amazing, though, and i could do that for hours on end without boredom!

From goal to becoming a dream. I would go snorkeling with my husband a lot before we got married. Going under is one reason why I go to the beach. I want to explore more, all the way down. But here in the Philippines having scuba diving as a hobby is quite expensive. So for now, it will remain to be a dream. And hopefully when I’m I’ll be blessed with all the extras needed, I could make it come true. And even share it with my children.
Worth doing!
I learned to scuba dive in 2000 and have advanced to the level of Dive Control Specialist (Dive Master/Assistant Instructor).

Sweet! I’ve been putting this off for years, but finally got my PADI Open Water Certification in Thailand. What a beautiful place and an all-around excellent experience. I was getting a bit frustrated with some of the skills and a little a sick of gagging on water when I had to do the mask removal/replacement skill, but I made it through and it was totally worth it.
On my first open water dive, I saw a leopard shark, huge lionfish, tons of coral, sea urchins, anemones, and more fascinating stuff than I could list. I can’t wait to get down there again!
Worth doing!

it’s through the katy community education program. it’s only $195 for 11 2-hour classes, two 7-hour classes and it includes equipment rentals. Sweet!
