    • Drank seven glasses of water
    • Went for a walk/ run, did some skipping, pressups/ situps. Not a lot of exercise though, more tomorrow, i’m fat enough as it is thank you.

    • Drank six glasses of water *

-although I tend to forget to do this early on in the day and spend the rest of the day playing catch-up. But I am determined to complete this goal this week.

    • Worked out *

-Had to stay at home this evening, but I did a lot of skipping, and some feeble attempts at a work out that I read about that included situps(!), pressups(!), and stepups. My computer spent at least 15 minutes turning on this evening, so I spent that time skipping, trying to get to 50 without tripping, which I find very difficult. But I made a huge improvement in those 15 minutes!! I’m gonna carry that damn rope around and not waste a second.

    Ok 1 year ago

Have picked the first 3 things [bit of reordering of goals has to happen]
Have printed a list of these three goals to carry around as a reminder.

The idea is not necessarily to cross this goal off the list, and as such ‘accomplish’ the challenge; rather to cross 3 other goals off the list, and then assign a further three goals to accomplish.

Will attempt to complete first goal tomorrow in its entirety, while obv drinking 6 glasses of water as part of the third goal.

Will keep daily log of progress as form of motivation.

I have 4 weeks till I have to go back to uni.
Serious work is gonna be done.
I’m gonna be way skinnier for one thing.
And my hair will do it’s thing and grow a little bit.
I’ll do a fair amount of study so I get my marks up and move on up a bit in the class.
And I’ll have planned my summer, and my new job and everything.

Pretty generic goals, but they’ll make me happy.
