Fill every idea/sketch book I own

I have several shelves of ideas books & sketchpads just waiting to be used… must practice putting creative thoughts onto paper & into action instead of losing them forever amongst a neverending to-do list of everyday chores & tasks that never seems to get any shorter.

I’ve been writing in my journal a lot more often lately. I definitely want to write more in general. I always liked writing when I was younger and when I was in school it forced me to do so but now that I’m out of school and the only writing my job forces me to do is emails, I don’t do it as much. I’m trying though.
It’s the same with drawing really. I need to force myself to sit down and draw sometimes.

Holy cow! Completing my goal to fill all of my sketchbooks is going to take longer than I thought. I keep finding forgotten empty sketchbooks.

One year of college almost complete

and one accompanying journal as well.

Wow, many hours of hard work and 20 sketchbooks later, I am sitting on a complete record of my artistic history.

the next thing to do?

start another sketchbook!

I’ve got three: One halfway full, one just started and one brand new.

Finished the fifth one! I just love starting a new journal.

. . . Control my shopping.

I just keep buying blank books. I bought a number because I used to keep a journal. I wrote in it every day for a long time but I haven’t written in it in a long time. I should back to it.

I have a few sketch books too. I bought a nice one for a drawing class I took a few years ago. I’d consider taking another class but I have a lot of other things on the go right now. Maybe I’ll use it when I go back to school.

Why did I want to do this again?
