i’m giving up…but only because:
a) even with the number of times i hit my snooze buttom, i’m still meticulously on time anywhere i have to be
b) i LOVE hitting the snooze button. really! this is a satisfaction i cannot take away!
but..good luck to everyone else who will benefit from achieving this goal! :)

i am going to bed at 9:30 today. hah! i will defeat my addiction to snooze buttons as of tomorrow morning.

nope! trying extremely hard, though! i think in my head, i set my alarm clock 20 minutes sooner than i need to be awake, because hitting that snooze button is so satisfying. how can i change this subconscious thought?! when i tried getting up right when my alarm clock went off, i immediately thought “ohh…20 more minutes” then went right back to sleep. grr!

nice! i will definitely try on this one. very positive goal i must take seriously!
hopefully i’ll get out of winter break mode soon… (go to sleep around 3 am, wake up at noon)
