The little things that make life great!

So I looked through my last week’s list of “Five things to be grateful for in a day” and picked out a few of my favorite ones to start off:

( 001 ) Being able to identify the most random-est songs playing in the background of a restaurant, supermarket, dentist place etc, And linking those songs to a certain period of time in my life.

( 002 ) Understanding Mandarin! Like being able to watch a silly romantic Taiwanese drama or being able to catch a random conversation between two elderly women from Hunan

( 003 ) Making funny/witty/random comments when watching TV with my family (and being rewarded with roaring laughter and/or “Jackie I didn’t even notice that.”)

( 004 ) Having Mom agree with me about the potential of an outfit that I might’ve found on display, in a magazine, or even being modeled by a girl right in front of us.

( 005 ) Sleeping in the car… :)
