the reason i care about this so much is im hyper-sensative
...I really am, my councellor says that if i can reduce my guilt and anxiety then i will stop being so sensative, and then i dont supose i will care about whta people say…
so this one is in reach?

Been on my diet for nearly a week now
its my birthday tomorrow so i might be going out for a meal, lol and i will not be having a healthy option…
I am feeling a lot better since ive been dieting though…
I know its only been a few days really, and i havent stuck to it rigidly ever day, but even so, eating healthier foods, and getting my 5 a day, or near enough, i feel so much better…
I think my skin has cleared up loads, and i generally just feel good about the way im eating. =]
...i am getting a little sick of pasta though :P
