I eat one of these everyday with my lunch :-) This is one of my favorite yogurts I’ve tried ever!It does contain Splenda but I haven’t heard as much negative about Splenda as certain others. Here is some info from their website:

I tried the honey flavoured one. It has real honey on the bottom. Very good and satisfying. It is thick and creamy and rich in protein, yet fat free! It actually has real honey on the bottom that you can mix in.
