I want to pay better attention to my spending. No random spending. First I’d like to enlist the help of a financial adviser.

I need to make sure I get at least 7 hours of sleep. 8 hours would be awesome. I think if I got the right amount of sleep the rest of the “things” would be easier to obtain.
Now that the RS are world champs I figure it is an appropriate time to put this ‘thing’ into action. I intend to limit alcohol to one per day for 6days a week. The 7th day can be whenever I choose. I imagine it will be on Saturday this week since I’m going to a wedding with sorority sisters who I haven’t seen in years.
I would reword this to say make time. I don’t think at the moment I actually ‘have’ the time, but I need to make it. For me. So the first 2 hobbies I’m going to work on are photography and music.
for now I have proposed that we go out to lunch every other thursday. Other than that I have no specific plans. I would like to see more live music. Gotta check out the concerts in the area and start making plans.
if it was just MY laundry there wouldn’t be a problem.
I have a good system with the clean clothes. At least it’s a good system for me, my husband doesn’t seem to like it much. Our washer/dryer is down in the basement. All our clothes are on shelves next to the washer/dryer. As soon as the dryer is done the clothes get folded and shelved. Clean clothes never see the inside of a laundry basket. But the dirty clothes continually get out of hand. We have 6 locations for dirty clothes. And quite often they are all overflowing.
My plan is to do a load of laundry a day to get back in control. Then I will get rid of those items at the bottom of the hamper that never seem to get washed.
I’m trying to be more specific with my goals so I’ve made myself a running schedule and tacked it to my wall. I will run for 1/2 hour 4 days a week starting today.
I work 3 days a week and am home a couple of days with my son. I have decided that one of those days is going to be a no computer day. I started last week. It was great. I really enjoyed it. I enjoy the computer but I also like to switch things up a little. I saw my house in a whole new light. It made me look around. I also listened to music which I have always loved but find I do less of if I sit at the computer.
I think I will revise this so that I try to do a percentage. Track my points at least 5 out of 7 days of the week. I tracked 2 days then didn’t track 2 days.
I joined WW back in may 2006. I was fairly successful and lost over 30lbs. Now I’m back up a few pounds and I want to get myself back in gear. I really really really want to reach my goal. Today I changed from the monthly meeting pass to the online only pass. Someday I will change back to the meeting pass so I can get all the rewards associated with that. But for now I just need to make a change to wake myself up.
My intention is not to quit it altogether. At least not yet. I was up to 6 a day. I want to keep it at 2 a day. And I really need to drink more water. I would have put the water under thing 2 but I consider them going hand in hand. If I limit diet coke I’m going to have to drink something in it’s place. That’s where the water comes in.
