I had serious anorexia for 5 years, and after getting help (reluctantly at first) I’ve started to enjoy life, enjoy food and just be happy (not all the time obviously, because that’d just be weird!).
Got a CBT therapist through the NHS and read some great books (Paul McKenna’s books are amazing – seriously!), and now I can see just how POINTLESS worrying about food and that kind of rubbish is!
I’ve backpacked Europe on my own, I’m in university studying an amazing course, I’m off to Japan for a year in September… I’m honestly not bragging, I’m just trying to say that being healthly is soooooooooooooooo GREAT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! XD

I’m studying Japanese at university at the moment, and I’m desperate to learn another language. Probably be a little confusing two at the same time tho…

Hmmm, there are a lot of countries out there… This goal could take a while…
Spent last summer backpacking a few European countries, and I’m planning on doing more as soon as uni closes! Plus I’ve got a year in Japan all lined up stating September (my first time leaving my lovely continent!!)

Flying through my uni Japanese course, just finished 3rd year and loving my new skills! Watching Japanese films, reading Japanese books and being able to write in Kanji and kana without thinking about it is so rewarding and I recommend it to anyone!

I would love to write a review and get it published, so I’m gonna try and see if I can get printed in Gamesmaster or Bliss (UK mags) by reviewing something or other or just making damn good comments. I did get a letter put on Teletext so everyone could read it! Go me! XD

I went there earlier this year with my college and absolutely loved it! The views from the top of the Eiffel Tower are breathtaking, the museums and art galleries are so beautiful and the shopping is fantastic (Go along the Champs Elysees if you’re feeling flash!). One thing I would avoid is the Sewers trip though… Not all too pleasant… ;p

Last year I couldn’t boil water without burning it (Yes, I was THAT bad), so now at least I can make my own simple meals. After reading loads of books and watching countless TV shows, I’m preparing myself for a big test at Christmas – I’m making the grub!

They say it’s good for you, but just watch out you don’t get addicted like I did. Doing an exercise video EVERY DAY for 2 YEARS is enough to drive you insane, so when you pair that with an hour on an exercise bike aswell you’re just asking for trouble! Slowly getting over it now, but still just a small, skinny 6 stone 7 :p

I was only 16 when I had mine done in Portugal, and after just over a year I still love it! It’s on the bottom right of my back of a black cat on a purple-ish moon surrounded by stars… As long as you get one that represents something about you I think they’re great!

I didn’t touch my nails for about 3 weeks – not a nibble! – and I loved them… But now my habit’s come back with a vengance and all the stop’n’grow in the world can’t put me off gnawing at them like a starved wolf! But I’m ready to give it another shot.

I have so many ideas but I can’t physically make them! Do you need those stencil-like things, what kinda material should I use for what and do you need a sewing machine? I just don’t know! XO

As soon as I leave college (next September), I’ll hopefully have the grades to enrol in Japanese Studies as Liverpool or Leeds University. And that means a year of study in Japan!! Here’s hoping my exam results are good enough! XO

I’ve tried so many books and websites its unbelievable, so now I’m getting professional human help, paying for lessons each week starting late September. Wish me luck! x

I try to donate old items I don’t need any more (clothes, books, etc) to charity shop as often as possible, and earlier in the year raised 240 GBP for Comic Relief. I try to but fair trade products as much as possible now as well, and I’m considering adopting a cat from an animal sanctuary near to my home. It leaves you feeling so warm and fuzzy inside :) It’s not hard so GO FOR IT!!

That’s all I need! Ideas flutter around my head constantly but I can’t piece them together to form a strong, constant story, and I’m never able to find the time XO
