i’ve been eating horribly the past week.
fast food, ice cream, chips, chinese. haha.
how do I get out of this slummmmp.
i dont think i’ve been on a diet for like, the past four days. it seems like i’m okay all day till it gets to dinner. like, tonight- we made fried rice. and I noticed that the wok oil we used had 130 calories per tbsp, and 14 grams of fat. holy crap, right? haha. I don’t even remember what i’ve been eating everyday, but i’ll try to get back on track. :]
