Cardio: 4m Routine that my fiance showed me.

Cardio Routine I 5 months ago

1. Warm up with 2m of marching in place.
2. Move up and down the stairs at fast, but not unsafe, rate. 5 Sets.
3. Two more minutes of marching in place.
4. 50 Jumping Jacks or 50 Jump Rope (with or without rope) alternating either leg/both legs.
5. Two minutes marching in place cool down.

Repeat for up to 30 minutes.

Or any of the workouts I just found online.

I hit 139 lbs last week. Now the weight isn’t coming off as fast I need to switch up my cardio or rather start it up again. When I started work I started sleeping in because of the hours which means I miss the best part of the day to go walking (and besides when winter hits I won’t be able to walk anyhow). So now I’m going to try some interval cardio. 3m warm up of marching in place, followed by 5m of jumping jacks, followed by 3m of cool down marching. Plus some stretches before I start. I’ll know if it makes a difference next week when I weigh in.
