i need to make a new goal!well im deciding that i want to lose 10 pounds to start off with and then i will go from there!i dont want to think about long term goals because im afraid that it will scare me…so i will just concentrate on these first 10 pounds and then go from there!!!!wish me luck!

ive excercised everyday this week…im very proud!!...mixing in cardio and strength training is really paying off!!!just yesterday i was playing vball…and i noticed that my overhand serve was alot more powerful than normal!!!YAY
