How I did it: Daily reflecting on things and finding something to be grateful for everyday. I realised that even on my worst days I have things to be gratful for, it may just be a cup of coffee. I am so happy to have done this and I would like to continue with this goal indefinitely. How I did it: by taking out time to sketch daily. looked for things or people I found amusing, started off with some quick sketches and then moved on to proper sketches. it is dificult to be consistent but adding it as a personal challenge helped me achieve it. it helped me to imporve my illustration and be a better example for my students.
