I quit my Dead-end Job

I left my dead-end job today because i was tired of getting pats on the back and “good-Work!” for pay. My paycheck is terrible. I know i should have waited until i had another job but i felt that it was time. Almost as if i was at a turning point. I refuse to spend another month of my life making everyone happy except me. So I’ve began looking for another job and i cant tell you how free and unrestrained i feel now. like a burden off my shoulders as if a large weight was lifted. I feel like the path is open to so much more possibility for me.
