Had 2 slices of brown toast with marg and strawberry jam and a glass of orange juice for breakfast. Did have 2 pieces of broken brownie though mid morning, I was starving by 1pm when my lunch was red salmon sandwich with low fat sour cream crisps. I’ve had a fruit jelly just after work. Me and my mum have come to stay in Bury and I’ve just been to Tesco to get my dinner chicken salad, might have another jelly after my tea. I’ll see how hungry I am after. I also want to do my workout dvd in a bit. However much I dont know, I’ll see when I get through it, and how tired I am. I think I might be able to do 25 minutes just to build my strength up before I do 40 mins. Good luck everyone. x x x

I had 2 weetabix with soya milk and a glass of orange juice for breakfast. For lunch i had a red salmon sandwich. For dinner i had chicken salad and for snacks i had 2 packet of hoola hoops, 4 weight watchers cookies and 2 pieces of cranberry and granola chocolate. I also did 25 minutes of cardio today from my workout dvd. And i walked to work aswell. I’m feeling a lot more toned. I’m in work at 7am till 3pm tomorrow so i’ll be able to do some more exercise after work.

For dinner i had chilli and coriander prawns with stirfry. Then for snacks i had a banana with a glass of tropical juice. I also had frozen yogurt and granola and a small choc rice krispy cake. Maybe too many snacks but i’m full and satisfied. I walked home from work today and at 6.30pm i’m going to do my workout dvd
