Dismal. 4 weeks ago

I have been doing just horribly at this lately. My eyebrows are entirely gone, I have a bald spot forming where my bangs are…it is awful. I just haven’t had any willpower at all – it is amazing how difficult it is to break this habit.

I am back on 43T after a hiatus, though, and I think just being on 43T will help me…for the past few months, I had lost all will to even try to better myself. Now, I want to try to refresh and restart my goals.



make my own sushi (read all 2 entries…)
I did this! 4 weeks ago

It was awesome, and pretty easy, actually. I didn’t end up finding a sushi mat, but mine stayed together OK just by rolling them up by hand and squeezing a little bit. I did veggies and smoked salmon, because I don’t really have a trustworthy raw fish place…or at least I was nervous. But avacado-cucumber-smoked salmon sushi turned out to be DELICIOUS. I’m going to definitely make this again.



Lose 20 pounds (read all 8 entries…)
I think out of sheer laziness... 4 weeks ago

...that I have continued to GAIN weight rather than lose it. I don’t have a scale, so I don’t know for sure, but I think I’m getting further from my goal. Today I WILL exercise and eat right!
