i’ve got 6 weeks (aug long weekend) to lose 12 lbs and 10% body fat. need to strengthen and tone my core and arms and increase overall strength…gonna do yoga and pilates at least 3 times as a week and hit the gym 3-4 times as a week. i know i can do this!

she's moving out 2 months ago

so i’m not as worried about cleaning because i know that in about 3 weeks it will all be mine!

i’m going to clean and make changes and it will be so nice! i can’t wait!!!

i’m not rushing into anything but i’m keeping my eyes open to what is out there! the first thing is to feel stronger in my own mind and then other things will fall into place!
