Go skiing
Love Skiing. Miss Skiing. 2 months ago

My little guy turnes four years old this summer, my big guy turns 8 this fall. Next winter I’m hoping to get the three of us on the mountain.

I used to be an expert skier oh so many years ago, when I was much thinner. With any luck I won’t be too horrible. Who knows in time I may even be “good” again.

Dress better
It does make a difference 2 months ago

I jumped onto Dockers.com and ordered enough pants to last a week and a half at work.

I ran to the store and picked up four pairs of nice jeans, and two pairs of nice shorts.

Bunches of nice Polo shirts, bunches of nice t-shirts.

Having clothes that fit properly and arn’t falling appart make a huge difference. Even if they are simple and not too expensive.

dress more professionally
It does make a difference. 2 months ago

Now I didn’t go all crazy and pick up a few thousand dollars worth of suits. No I just went to Dockers.com and placed an order for their cheapest pants and picked up enough for a week and half in super dark navy blue and tan.

Then I picked up some simple Polo shirts.

all of my clothes now fit properly, are fairly new, and make me feel like I fit in.

I’m less self concous and don’t even think about it anymore.
