Weighed this morning and I’m down 15 pounds from when I started. I’ve been slacking on the diet for a couple of weeks, but I’m still s-l-o-w-l-y losing weight. As long as I am watching portion sizes, I have discovered that I don’t have to be quite so careful on WHAT I eat. Working out 2-3 times a week also has helped a lot.
