I bought some clothes for a trip to Tahoe this week. Damn, the last 4 weeks have already brought visible changes. My waist size is down a pant size, and my arm and back muscles showed in a few shirts.

The property has been on the market for 2 weeks. Nobody has even been inside it yet! The carrying costs really aren’t that bad, but if 2 months go by I’ll drop the price about $20k and look to do slightly better than break even.
Very good week. By dropping a few extra compliments or interested questions I could tell she appreciated the attention.
Just trying to get that little bit more out of the marriage…
