So I started to work out at the gym again. Today I did 37 minutes of cardio and moderate weight lifting for about an hour. Also I counted my calorie intake and I worked off almost all the calories I consumed for the day! I am not sure how much I weigh at the momment because the stupid scale at the gym was infront of the mens section. However, I will check my weight tomorrow and see how I am doing. Also I plan on going to the gym for another hour and a half or so tomorrow.

So, I am really dedicated to this…I have thought of some different ways I can lose more weight.
One is to be more active. Starting August I am going to be enrolled in a Jazz Dancing class.
The second is to start counting calories. 1800 calories will keep me at my weight so I just have to reduce the amount of calories I intake!
California Trip

So, I started working a second job to Save money to take my boyfriend to Disneyland for his birthday. I have till September. If I want it to be a good trip I need approx. 1500. So I am going to try to save atleast 75% of my paycheques from my secondary employment!!!
