I think I may actually be successfully moving into a new group of people which I never imagined happenning and it’s been so ridiculously easy that I wonder why I never attempted to do it sooner!

I’ve done this quite a few times it really isn’t that bad at all and I have a lovely waxer it’s always good to have a gab about what’s going on in her life. I’ll miss her when she’s gone she’s expecting a baby and will be on maternity leave soon.

I stepped onto the treadmill for the first tine last week. I didn’t attach the safety clip to myself, put the treadmill on way too difficult a setting and was unable to get off it without leaping into the person next to me but apart from that it went very well indeed. I have to say it was really good once I knew what I was doing I was really feeling it and considering that you burn 50 calories every 5 minutes is I think it was worth working up a sweat!
