Well I did it. After 7 whole years, I called off our engagement. I don’t feel like I can mark this off my list yet though because things are a little up in the air as far as the future is concerned. He’s really keen to work things out, but I just don’t know that I’ll ever be really happy with him. I care for him dearly; he really is a sweet guy, but there is just no chemistry anymore and traits that I don’t know that I want to put up with for the rest of my life. I feel so miserable for breaking his heart. :(

How I did it: Yesterday we were moving bricks at my sister's house and found a little racehorse goanna climbing up the window. Everyone freaked and the dog would have eaten it for sure; so I got a towel and gently coaxed it off the flyscreen and released it in bushland nearby. It was soo cute. I guessed that lizards would be like snakes and like to hide so I used a towel so he could crawl into it and feel safe because he was obviously very scared.… Read how I did it…
How I did it: I was feeling ill from drinking so much coffee so I just decided to stop and switch to tea. It was pretty much an overnight switch. Because I got so used to drinking good quality coffee at work, there was no issue about wanting to drink instant coffee at home. Read how I did it…
How I did it: It got to the point where I'd turned 25 and wondered what the hell I'd been doing for the past 10 years - it had literally gone up in smoke. I realised smoking pot has held me back from really living and acheiving my dreams. Decided it was time to take control of my life.I am no longer going to let a mere plant control my life. At my largest a couple of months ago 78.5kg. Yuk.
Am now 68.5kg! woo hoo – only 8.5kg to go.
I feel like I need to express who I am better through the way I present myself. I like to be comfortable above all else. I am a bit of a tomboy when it comes to clothes, but I like to make an effort with hair and makeup. Having grown up as a bit of a “rock chick” I can’t live without my Chuck Taylors. But at work I like to look sophisticated. I suppose not having a surplus of cash is the biggest challenge for this goal. Hmmm still have to work at it…
