less sleep  — 11 months ago

ok, my problem is that i sleep more than i often would like to. I am 26 years old. i know i know, middle aged people tend to sleep less right? well i want to sleep around 6-7 hours top. i think its feasible but i cant seem to motivate myself. Wrong. I can motivate myself, i ‘ve got tons of things to do everyday, but when its morning ohh god, i love my bed(lol). Thanks for hearing me chatter. Any advice?
