do a back handspring

I got my round off back handsprings because my p.e. teacher urged me to. and now i have it good but i still haven’t quite gotten my standing one. When I do it I either Get scared and turn really weird when jumping bback or land on my knees.

Anyone know any good drills I can do to help me learn to do a back handspring? besides the flop on a port a pit drill? Because i need it because they want me to learn round off double back handspring in two weeks! T.T
