I made a conscious effort to stand up straight all day today. My back muscles didn’t feel so good, but I’m guessing that’s necessary for awhile.

I’ve noticed my lack of progress with this while taking my daily self-portraits.
My problem is that my shoulders roll forward, giving me a hunched over look.
I’ve been trying to press my shoulders back into whatever chair I happen to be sitting in but I’ve notice the muscles aren’t used to doing that.
He’d buy me these fabulous shoes if I’d start to improve my posture. He thinks I need to “walk proud.” His words, not mine.
I’ve been hunching over my laptop a lot and I think it’s changed the way I carry myself. Now when I sit up straight it hurts my muscles because they’re out of practice.
This is something I used to be really good at, and something that, as a woman who is only 60 inches tall, I need to get a handle on.
